General Information: The date is set and planning is underway for the fourth annual Bay Area Rifle Championship. As usual the BARC will be a Level 1 USPSA match following the USPSA Rifle Rules. Additional info can be found HERE.

All three of the regular USPSA Semi-Auto Rifle divisions will be recognized (Open, Tactical & Standard) along with Manual Action divisions (Standard & Open) where you will be able to compete with iron sight hunting rifles in Standard and scoped hunting & MOR/sniper type rifles in Open.

The 2009 BARC will feature 7 stages with engagement distances ranging from 2 to 210 yards. The match design style will be based on World IPSC recommendations and will feature a balanced mix of speedshoots, medium field courses and long field courses. Expect that your ability to place accurate shots on targets at varied distances, very, very quickly will be thoroughly tested.
