General Information: The date is set and planning is underway for the third annual Bay Area Rifle Championship. The 2008 BARC will be a Level 1 USPSA match following the 2008 USPSA Rifle Rules. Additional info can be found HERE.

All three of the regular USPSA Semi-Auto Rifle divisions will be recognized (Open, Tactical & Standard) along with Manual Action divisions (Standard & Open) where you will be able to compete with iron sight hunting rifles in Standard and scoped hunting & MOR/sniper type rifles in Open.

The 2008 BARC will feature 8 stages with engagement distances ranging from 2 to 210 yards. The match design style will be based on World IPSC recommendations and will feature a balanced mix of speedshoots, medium field courses and long field courses. Expect that your ability to place accurate shots on targets at varied distances, very, very quickly will be thoroughly tested.

Match Fee: $75 for competitors registering after March 31st and $60 for competitors who register and pay prior to that date. Match capacity is limited to 60 so get your entry in soon!
